What part is this ????
Hello everyone can somebody tell me what part this is ?
I think i shorted this part out the neg batt post touched this part when the engine was running . I took out the Batt support to sand and paint it . When i lifted the hood the neg batt post was touching this part . Now engine just cranks no glow clicks and no amp light when turning the key HELP.

Don't have a lot of knowledge on the F450-F550 92's but seems like you have a very large connection floating just in front of the regulator .. are you sure you did not forgot to bolt it to a ground or connect it somewhere? It just might be the photo though.
