02 explorer window problem

02 explorer window problem
my wife has an 02 explorer with electric windows yesterday she rolled down the right rear window and now it wont roll all the way up. You can hear the motor running but it wont go all the way up. You can physically grab the window and push it down and pull it up. So we just used duct tape for now and sealed it in the closed position. I am somewhat mechanically inclined. Any advice on what the fix is. Is this something I can repair myself?
