keep in mind - snow engines are cooled by the snow 'spray', even the liquid ones get some help. you might not find much on a dune.
a gold wing motor will drive a shaft connected to a rear diff.

Snowmobile engines do use a heat exchanger in the tunnel. If you are going to set up a buggy with a liquid cooled snowmobile engine, you simply have to intall a real radiator and fan. Something off of a Geo Metro would probably work fine.
