Are there motor mounts to mount a 63 390 block into a 66 F100 to replace the 66 352 ? or did I get a worthless block ?
The exterior of a 390 block is identical to a 352 block, the only difference is internally..the 390 uses different crank, pistons and rods.
The same engine mounts for a 1965/66 F100/250 352 will work with any FE engine: 352/360/390/410/428.
Remove the 1963 passenger car engine mounts, and replace them with the trucks mounts...it's a bolt on operation.

The reason im asking is the early 390 block has only 2 bolts for the motor mounts, the 352 I have has 3, so your saying just use two of the bolt's for the mounts ?

Are you sure the block has only 2 bolt holes for the rubber mounts to attach? I see that on the 1958/60 blocks, but not later.
The cars engine rubber motor mounts are the same from 1961 thru 1964.
The bare block used in 1961/64 cars is the same bare block the 1965/67 trucks used, so the rubber mounts should bolt right up.
Yes I am positive it only has two bolts for the motormounts. So I should use the car one's in my truck then?
The block number is C1AE 6015G with OL28:3 on it.
C1AE = That's an early engine...not from 1963/64...dunno what to tell you.
I know the 1963/64 blocks are the same because I have 2 1963 Galaxies AND a 1965 F100. Parts catalog says the blocks are the same, too.
Where in CA are you?
I can suggest a mechanic friend of mine in Orange County (Bill's Auto Repair) to give you advice and ID the block.
All he works on is older Fords made prior to 1980.
