White LED lights for convenience light replacement?
Anyone know if anyone makes a white LED lamp replacement for the bulbs in our convenience lights? ...like the ones that light up on the ceiling above the rear view mirror
I'm having a hard time reading anything in the dark since the lights seem a bit yellow and dim
I bought some for my 2006 Screw F150 for about $50. They look nice and even dim out like factory bulbs without any problem. I am pleased with the ones I bought and doubt they can be found much cheaper.
I bought them off ebay. I will check and see if I can find them listed again or if I can get some from the company that I bought them from. It cost about $50 for the two front bulbs and the one center bulb for the rear seat light in my 2006 Screw F150. For the two reading lights in the rear that don't come on when a door opens it is about another $28-$30. I will see if I can get some pictures and post them.
We sell them, Just for the dome light tho. They come in 3 sizes. They also come with a blank bulb that has a plug on it. So you replace your bulb with the new one, then plug the LED's into the new bulb, then your done.
