rear mainseal
maybe someone here can help? the rearmain keeps going out on my 400 .i have replaced it twice in the last two years is this a problem with the 400 and is there a fix or do i have another problem? this is the first 400 Ive had so Im learning as i go. thanks for any help.

I wonder what shape the bottom end is in? If the thrust surface/bearing is worn, and the mains a little loose, the seal would have a hard time sealing with the crankshaft moving around like that.
