Oldcastle Materials

Howdy Fellers,

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this company or works under this company. My company a fairly decent sized family owned asphalt and aggragate company just sold out to this company. They have bought out most of the large scale asphalt company's in East TN. I was a wondering how this big company treats it's employees and changes the company.

Well it shows on that page that they are based out of Washington DC so I imagine there are some POL's involved

It would be probably be nice to talk with former employees to get the real lowdown on things.

I like the word "Federation" they use.
