Didn't have to repair just upgrade
refer, washer dryer, fencing, tools for work,
clothes for work, tractor 42" plasma flat screen
just yoking about that.

My Mom passed away and my brother and I sold hers then we bought this one
but not new.

That's why, and thanks it will be 2 years in May but we didn't sell
the house until Jan.07. Go figure it was just when prices
started coming down.

Dave there shouldn't be to big a gain if you got the house appraised at fair market value on the DOD. Should probably be a loss after the commissions and other expenses of sale. That is of course you didn't low ball the apprasial.
