Evening Ken. How are the snow zombies doing today?
Doing good Shaun...finished the taxes today...still have to mail checks on the 15th of April...but...nowhere near as bad as I originally thought. I think there is a Sony in my near future!!!
Well it has. I had to replace my 5 disc changer because the unit started to die. While I was getting that I saw a 7.1 surround sound system that was priced at 500 bucks so I bought that as well.
I'm working with Crutchfield to see what i can install in my SuperCrew...don't want to lose the functionality of the backseat (folding down) and i like the clean look of the OEM stereo (OEM 6 CD changer in the center console is fine with me)
Rob this is for my house. My last system was about 7 yrs old. On my truck I have a complete Pioneer system with a in dash cd player and 4 6x8 4 way speakers. I also have sirius satellite radio.

Shaun, this isn't www.homeenthusiasts.com LOL.
JK.
I replaced my OEM speakers with 5x8 Infinities my sister bought me for xmas one year...damn thing is rattling (2-3 years later). I had Circuit City install them and they broke my wood-like arm rest and routed the power window cable wrong...talk about a PITA.
I can imagine Rob.I replaced my whole system in my truck except for the wiring. The hardest part was replacing the rear speakers and running the Aux cable for the Sat. Radio.

So...you think it's ok for me to replace my 8 track??? This cd technology won't go away in ten or twenty years...will it???
