outer belt weatherstrip

I'm trying to find an outer belt weatherstrip(a.k.a. dew wipe) for drivers side window on a '99 ranger. Many up to '92 Rangers or for f150's. I've checked MANY websites with no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated. al

got my truck used with weatherstrip.... where did they (previous owners) got it I dont really know ....
