Havent been on here for about 3 weeks and i get back and read where Matt has ventured out and is going to have his own tuner now. Will it be for the the 6.0L to or is it just for the 6.4L? I will definately upgrade to the new tuner if it gives him the ability to tap into the FICM. That will be fun!

 

Can someone with the knowledge discuss the benefits of being able to tune the FICM on the 6.0? I didn't know it wasn't "tunable".

 

The FICM or Fuel Injection Control Module. It is the "Computer" that actualy controls the injectors. In newer flashes the window of adjustment has been closed down for emission reasons. This prevents tuners from offering power levels that were avalable in the past.

We should have more news on the tuner and monitor monday. It will work on 7.3 6.0 and 6.4 motors.

 

Oh god, more money to spend ...........I just got SCT w/ custom tunes and I need to buy something else now??? hahahaha

 

Yes it will be nice as "strategy" and "flash" may not a big deal much longer!!!
