what is this buzz?

I thought the buzz flash was after shutdown the injectors would purge themselves of oil and you'd hear them buzz, not before the vehicle is starting?

that's what i thought, but this is before it starts

Got the latest flash. It still buzzes on startup, but not quite as much as it used to.

I believe it's the injectors. The vacuum pump is more a groan/hum sound.
