I,m wondering if going to duals would be better or if single exhaust was just fine performance wise.WOW THAT RHYMED. I was thinking 4 inch ss duals. i have the newer s-b filter kit, superchips programmer, glasspack muffler. thanks for any response.

No performance gain that I am aware of. But is does look cool. AND you can smoke a ricer on either side. You won't always have to be in the fast lane
I stuck my head underneath my truck today after unloading 2300 pounds or so of hay and noticed somebody already welded in a kitty delete pipe (sweet) but I'm not convinced my exhaust is stock... I'll try and get some photos if I can and post them up.
Found this exhaust by Diamond Eye (an OR company) in a search this afternoon- very affordable for duals! I think I may go this route... still not sure on straight pipe vs. muffler though.
If you are hauling that hay on a gn I think I would shy away from no muff. The guys who always pimp the no muffler thing seem to be running hot rods not tow vehicles. I have heard too many horror stories of guys that get "towing drone" at a certain RPM. No experience here, just parroting.

No gooseneck for me:
I love the way it's barely even taking a squat with 2300 pounds or so in back! Also, here are some shots of my current exhaust- anyone know if this is stock or not?
Looks like stock to me. You can flip the pipe around and make the two line up and cut the muffler out. I will UPS you the pipe, but it is pipe not exhaust so you will need the expensive big clamps. Sooooo you could apply the $60 to a new exhaust and be...IDK...quite a ways there.
I'm thinking real had of buying that Diamond Eye system I posted the link to above- $409 for a 4" turbo back dual system ($389 for straight pipe). I'm hoping to get both the exhaust and gauges... I'm trying to sweeten the wife up for that one!
u could also look into the walker btm...its a muffler if you don't wanna go with a straight pipe...im looking into buying the advanced flow engineering 4" exhaust i posted the link to...what you all think of that one?
big poppa- aluminized duals with perf core muffler, $409 shipping included I believe. The single was only $289!
My concern with a straight pipe is too much noise to be tolerable going down the highway (and waking up my two young girls on morning warm-ups).
