mirror bolt holes
I have a 92 150 ex-cab and it has the ugly older style mirrors on it after closer inspection i noticed there is an extra hole on the door it looks like some ******* took off the newer style mirror drilled new holes to put on the older style mirrors now my question is has anyone ever put newer mirrors on an older truck? what can i do with the holes? truck was just painted

I am sure there are a few people on here that have done this. I will tell you that doing this swap will be quite a bit of work as it will require you to fill those holes and repaint the area to clean up the holes.
