just make sure they have a warranty, and are from the US (shipping stuff for warranty claims overseas will negate the low cost of buying them if it comes to that).
I said I was going to comment about this again, but I couldn't resist the temptation! All I am going to say is that sometimes, a brighter light isn't always better... especially when that brighter light is not made for that reflector. These HID kits have the ability to trick the eye into thinking you have better visibility, just because its a brighter whiter light, yet you really dont. Your best bet is to do a lot of research and then make the decision you feel comfortable with. I just hope if you do decide to go HID in your stock housing that I am not around to be blinded by ya
