New 19.5" Wheels To Replace Widow Makers
Over on the 1948-1960 page there is a poll being taken asking owners of ton and one-half and larger trucks if they would be interested in buying newly manufactured one piece tubeless wheels if a company, Rickson Wheel, decides to produce them. Ford used the 5 lug x 8" circle wheels dating back to the early 1930s, but no one today makes replacement wheels with that bolt pattern. Finding repair facilities willing to work on the multi-part wheels is becoming a bigger issue, and on one design in particular no shop will touch them.
