Need help, engine chugging

I just replaceced some of the coils on my 5.4L and blew them all out, as well as the spark plugs, to get water out. It ran fine for 400 miles, then it started to chug again, but it does it off and on. I was wondering what can it be. I have to tell you that also my rpms fall kind of low, i think my IAC needs to be replaced, but i dont think that would make my engine chug at 1500 rpms off and on.

PLEASE HELP

thanks
nick
