I have my 351C-2V (casting D2AE-CA, 1H12) finally in my 74 F100, problem is I have no pulleys or brackets. Does anyone know some part numbers? I've been in circles! I need Crank/water pump/pow steer/alt/a-c pulleys and p/s,alt, and a/c brackets. The engine was out of a 1971 Montego (not positive), been trying mustang sites, cougar sites, no luck! As soon as I think I got a part number, a prefix changes! I can't afford those darn March set-ups, I want the original gear. I am back home at FTE hoping my buds can step in before I pull all my hair out. Thanks!

Please don't take this the wrong way...but what good will the part numbers be to you? Most are obsolete now, and the original pulleys don't have part numbers on them. The only numbers on the pulleys, if any at all, will be Ford engineering numbers. In most cases, the mounting brackets will not have any numbers on them. Looking all these part numbers up is a time consuming process.
I'd look for a 1970/73 Mustang or Cougar with 351C 2V and get all the parts from that. This way, everything will match.
As big a PITA as it is looking up all these parts for me, for you...trying to find all of them from dozens of cars, and comparing engineering numbers, will be a royal PITA.

I have a stock 71 cougar w/351 2v that I suppose I could look up some
factory part numbers from, but like Numberdummy said, you probably won't get any of these from a dealer. Salvage yard or ebay maybe.
If you want me to do some looking off the car, lemme know. I might have some time this coming weekend.
I appreciate it!! I am going to keep searching the salvage yards, but everything down here is mostly foreign and new (south florida). I will see what I cab stir up. I know the ford part number game is practically impossible. Thanks again!
I went through the same ordeal with my '78 F-150/351C install. It was a PITA, and next time I get a donor motor, I'm grabbing all the brackets it with it!
Be careful as some M brackets look similar, but won't work...those part #'s could help you match with stuff in E-bay if anyone can track them down for you. I don't know how many of my brackets have the #'s visible, but I can look this weekend and tell you what I can make out.

I feel your pain, I grew up in a junk yard with access to whatever was there. In the late '70's I put a 351C in a '73 F100 that was a 6cyl stick shift. Later I changed it to C6 auto and P/S and A/C. Man what a headache. Finally a 71 Montego came in with everything on it that was needed to make my
updates work. Still got that old p/u, but doesn't get driven now.
I appreciate the help guys. I went the route of trying the part number game and found someone parting out a 72 cougar with a 351C. I blew most of my budget, but I got him to agree to sell me the entire front of the engine. Brackets, pulleys, alternator, p/s unit, even all the bolts....I guess I will see if this actually goes through. $250 is expensive, but it is cheaper than me losing my mind and suffering through this anymore. If it doesn't work out, watch the classifieds for a 74 f100 with a nice 351c. I will keep you updated fellas, thanks for all the help!
hey 1974f100 i'm putting a cleveland in my 79 are you running headers or stock manifolds?
i want headers for mine but haven't found a reliable header fitment for my application
