Tilt Steering problem found, need part number!
I finally tore the steering stem apart and found my problem with the tilt not locking into place. Anyone know the part number for this arm so I can order via the phone!

The closest I could get to the part number you need is E4TZ 3D517 D.
That's th epart number of the entire "Input Shaft" The diagram I have shows the whole steering shaft from the wheel down. There is what appears to be the part that you are lookiing for as part of the assembly. Maybe you can use this number as a jump off point.
