steering column

I have a 1992 F150 and want to replace my non-tilt steering column. I would like to replace it a tilt steering column. Will this cause any problems or will i need any extra parts to make this happen?

thanks

My 89 didn't have a tilt lever, but it had a tilt column. Yours maybe the same way, you might get away with a different cowl and a button.
