I have no power to my cigarette lighter or OBDII but my number 3 fuse is good. What is the color of the wire that provides power to the OBDII port? I need to put my truck in tow setting deperately. Can anyone shed some light on where the problem would be? I read somewhere that there is a problem with the wiring harness getting shorts in it after some time and causing these types of problems.

fishman: check the wiring just above the OBDII port and you will see factory splices. Tug lightly on the splices to see if a wire has come loose. I had the exact same thing happen to me just a couple of months ago and the wire providing power to the port had separated in the factory splice. I cut striped the wire and used a #22 butt connector to resplice and all worked. I don't remember what color the wire was.
