Here it is! Use this thread for everyday conversation that dosen't need a thread dedicated to it. There are a few guidelines that need to be followed in addition to the already in place forum rules.

Guidelines-

1. Do not let this thread keep you from posting new threads in the chapter. We have a great chapter and I don't want to take away from that by someone posting a question in here that would probably get more views by it's self.

2. Do not use this to "pad your post count" by just posting the minimum amount of characters just to get through the requirements. Make sure your posts are good conversation and not just a few words.

3. No flame wars! If someone gets attacked in here I will have it locked imediately if a mod doesn't get to it first. This goes for FTE sponsors as well do not run them down.

4. Absoultely NO PROFANITY this is a forum rule as well I just want to reiterate it. Don't mask it with characters either(%&*&%).

This is being put in place to try to bring out non-posting chapter members and also for us to get to know one another a bit better for those who can't make it to G2G's and other events. If I have left anything out that needs to be added to the guidelines post it up.

If I put a post in this thread that is off-topic, then wouldn't that make it "on-topic" for this thread, therefore, making it an on-topic post, and so it shouldn't be in the off-topic thread?

I couldn't sleep early this mornin and couldn't think of a good post for this thread. Did some stuff and listened to talk radio and was able to survive that till decent TV came on. Then went back to bed for a while but the weather was so nice I decided to do some work outside (I'll post that in another thread). Finally was able to figure out what I wanted to post.

I'd like to thank Jeremy for doing this. He really wants to do something for the chapter. But that is not easy most of the time no matter how good the idea and how good you think it is. Not just having an idea, but doing it the right way like he did and working through it. Then following through with the work to give it a chance. It has me thinkin and brought some ideas back that I want to do (another post on that also).

Now I'll tell ya what I'd like to see posted on this thread. I'd like to see folks from KS that visit the board and who don't have time to start a thread check in to tell us your still around. Or even some of the regulars that are having trouble with having the time to post. In other words I'd like folks to post on this thread what they wouldn't normally have posted.

If you have something to say and the time please do as you would have before we started this and go ahead a start a new thread or reply to one that we goin.

I'm going to see how late or early I can stay up tonight. Have all this extra energy and ambition for some reason and plenty to keep me moving and doing something. I 'm hoping I can fight off the zombies early in the morning. Probably sleep at work on tuesday.

i got to see the end of the race before class. i am really happy carl won. im mad that they dont cover nascar on the radio around here
