yes I think there is. It still keeps the boot clean and dry on the y-pipe and keeps the hot CC air out of the intake.

Yet another reason I NEVER want to take my truck to the dealer... I didn't even want them putting my new CPS in!

Agreed, but that was the only way to get the new CPS for free. I've let the dealer do fluid changes, but no major replacements or other work.

I just got a Moroso weld-in nipple (heh, heh) and check valve from Summit and I am running the CCV to exhaust. I think I got the idea here, but I am unable to give credit. I will take pics and post when I find time to do it....

I am already lubing my turbo with a K&N FIPK, lol.

Dust does not count as lube! The 99 I just bought has a K&N drop in, quite a bit of dust in the intake tube I'll be ditching it for a 6637 very soon.

Nah, My K&N is dust free (my turbo wheel is pristine). I have the conical filter intake system and I have a $35 "drycharger" (all of it came with the truck!) on it..but I do go crazy with the red oil which provides the lube, lol.

PS- Congrats again on the new ride, Chase.
