2003 f 350 6.0 liter diesel , 6 inch procomp lift 4 inch resignator back afe intake edge evolution ( first set to come out) 105,000 miles 2 sets of heads new arp studs, new turbo on its way!!!
Could you be a little more specific? the vgt is the variable geometry turbo...But you say you already have it out. What "two plug in things" are you referring to? As far as I know there is only one sensor that plugs into the vgt.
no i have the turbo itself out and there are two things under the turbo one has a white plastic top and a huge (lets say) 3/4 nut on it then there is one just behind it that is smaller and closer to the fire wall.
OK you have a 2003, the VGT is the turbo. The two items are ICP (Injection Control Pressure) and IPR (Injection Pressure Regulator) that are located to the rear and under the turbo.

I gave you directions to the VGTCV Variable geometry turbo control valve. Follow Maxim's link it is sure to help you out getting around under the hood.
