You should probably use the smaller cam that summit offers in their name brand. It is $80 and comes with lifters. It will gibe you more hp and torque throughout the powerband.
Note that this cam is the same as the edelbrock cam that is a "matched package" with the performer intake.

Or if you to move the powerband a little higher up and get more hp
you could use the bigger summit cam.

Since you said you want more torque I assume you need it down low so the 5200 would be the better choice and with headers, intake and bigger carb you will have 385 ft lbs according to edelbrock.
