Blower Resistor Replacement

My 2002 Explorer blower only works on 4. After searching around I have decided to replace the blower resistor. Anyone have any tips or pics I should know before I replace it?

lay on the passenger side front floor and look up under the glove box. look for the black air duct (heater duct). look for a 4 or 5 pin electrical plug. remove the plug, then the resistor block is screwed to the air duct with a small screw. air flow keeps the resistors cool.

Success!!! I replace the resistor and the blower is working normally. I am pretty sure that has been bad since we bought the car 2 years ago! Thanks to all who posted advise. This site saves us all A LOT of money!!
