Classifieds question

I have an item for sale in the classified section of this site.
Today I had a person call me about it, My question is how did he get my phone number? I dont have it posted in the ad or anything.

did you put your 1st and last name and town you live in in the ad? if so a simple look in the phone book or google search would give him your number

is your phone number unlisted, thru your provider ? if not it's easily obtained
