Cool Need help with 96 powerstroke

I have a 96 powerstroke 350 with banks downpipe banks stage 4 chip stage 2 injectors 80hp afe stage 2 intake. It is extremely hard to start in the winter but i know that is a glow plug problem but when i do get it started it throws blue smoke contsant. When i run the truck all day it will still throw blue smoke it never stops. And it is not running right it will jerk contsant to i can't get full boost and i can't run the hills in 5th gear like i used to. I had blue smoke before but i put injectors in it then it stoped and then 2-3 weeks later it started back up again but it got worst. I am having to much blow by going into the turbo. I would like to know what is going on. I think i might know what it is but i want more opions PLZ. It acts like there is a miss in the motor but i don't know.

how do you know there is too much blow by in the turbo?

have you had it scanned for codes?

did you notice any charred wires under the valve cover on injector install?

is there any turbo fin damage?

are you sure it is blue smoke and not whitish?

Welcome to FTE!

Check your engine oil, see if it's growing. You may have a bad injector o ring.
Explain "I am having to much blow by going into the turbo"

Check compression.
I would also check the turbo oil seal.

the compression or the turbo is good? if the compression is good then you shouldnt be having excessive blowby..? did you check the turbo shaft for end play?
and having oil in the intake is normal on these trucks, many of us have done away with the crankcase recircualtion and modifyied it like big rigs.

Do you have to add any oil? Could be bad injector o-rings. My guess is you don't too much blow by. Your mechanic just saw oil in the intake tubing. That is normal. What were the compression numbers?

Add buzz and contribution test to the compression test.
A wag is it will fail the cont test.

I agree! I am thinking an injector issue.
