stupid question - i have a 95 f250 with the 5.8 - after 260 k the valve cover gaskets are starting to leak pretty well - so i was thinking about replacing the rockers with some 1.7 rollers at the same time - the question is do i have studs mount heads - or bolt down - 7/16 - 3/8 - 5/16 ?
i know i have to remove the baffels in the covers - how about a part # or link - i was looking at some crane rockers
CRN-44746-16 full roller with 5/16 pedestal -
i have had many of these motors apart but never paid attention to the way the rockers were mounted - are the roller blocks ( like mine - with MAF ) diffrent than the non rollers

You're right on target with the Crane rockers. I'd also recommend changing the pushrods too. Should be a roller cam in your 95. Pull a pushrod and measure it, that'll tell you for sure. The roller 351 pushrods are about 7.5" long.
I think those Crane roller rockers were the ones used on some Cobra motors, and even have a Ford part number on them. So they are sure to fit properly.
For the leak problem make sure to straighten the valve cover flanges before reinstalling.
