Weight will fly off of a guy if you work out alot, whether you eat alot or not!

Sherm you dont look like youve ever been too many lbs overweight, were you at one time?

Do you find that when you eat proper portions 3 times a day you gain a few lbs?

Keep in mind proper portions are really damn tiny!!

I was 6' and 340lb when I was 16 lol,.. so I drank alot less pop and didn't eat chips and I was 280lb when I was 17.... now I have the odd bag of chips and pop, lots of coffee and I'm now 320 and 6'2" or 3" lol and 18, not very fat, and lots of people call me a liar when I tell them my weight haha .... muscle weighs more :P

back to favorite drinks lol
water ..... coffee ..... cranberry juice
#1 Rye & coke or pepsi
#2 vodka & cranberry or orange (or when your out of mix... use another alcoholic beverage with a lesser alcohol content, vodka coolers, or breezers etc)
the odd beer...

there's a story behind it lol ...... they went to break up a party and the guys attacked them up lol so there was a fight ... and one of my uncles ran out to his tow truck and took off for the exit of the parking lot (appartment) but the other guys had their car blocking it off and waiting there...... he hit it going about 50 backed up and floored it, hit em again lol etc....
(wasnt held responsible... he told the judge he was in fear for his life lmao)
my other uncle has lived in every provence west of here (MB, SK, AB, BC) anyone know a guy with the last name Norris?
