It worked for my buddy too. He worked out a lot as well, but he still worked at cowboys drinkin a lot and the weight still just melted off him when he made the move too smaller portions five or six times a day.
yep... i was 170lbs in grade 4, about 5'3... i was a chunk but i was active. when i took it in my head to lose weight, i really didn't...at the same time i started growing taller and stacked a bit of muscle. i've stayed in the 170-180 range since then but no extra flab... i feel good...
I was 6' and 340lb when I was 16 lol,.. so I drank alot less pop and didn't eat chips and I was 280lb when I was 17.... now I have the odd bag of chips and pop, lots of coffee and I'm now 320 and 6'2" or 3" lol and 18, not very fat, and lots of people call me a liar when I tell them my weight haha .... muscle weighs more :P

watch out lol jk .. theres crazy in my blood :P my uncles were tow truck drivers, that used their vehicles in stressfull times, almost drove through some guys car with a towtruck,...... passenger door touching drivers door lol ..
there's a story behind it lol ...... they went to break up a party and the guys attacked them up lol so there was a fight ... and one of my uncles ran out to his tow truck and took off for the exit of the parking lot (appartment) but the other guys had their car blocking it off and waiting there...... he hit it going about 50 backed up and floored it, hit em again lol etc....
(wasnt held responsible... he told the judge he was in fear for his life lmao)
