Some people are meant to be thinner then others. Im 6'3 and 240ish lbs. I could stand to lose 20ish lbs too. With the way I am if I dip under 220 I start to look pretty thin and unhealthy.
id be okay with my weight if my muscle mass showed a bit more, and maybe lose ten punds or so off my gut, im starting to get pretty round in the middle, and thas something i do need to work on, especially cuz i believe its aggravating my back problems
i love motion...no matter what it is. i loved working out but no longer have the time, cardio and that stuff gets its place through the day and lots on weekends. just keep moving, thats the key. less sitting around, less fill's at suppertime, less eating out, all that stuff counts!!
Like for a meal, you would be surprised at the small amount of food that a person should actually eat.
I know what you mean, I was sure surprised when I went to the heart healthy classes and seen that. As it turns out, they were right and I probably eat a third less than I used too.
the key to it is eating a lot more times, a lot less food. that way your body only uses the proper nutrients from the food instead of holding on to all of it forever. as the new fresh food comes in, the sludge(fat and garbage) goes out to waste!!
Actually that is a myth Sherm. I used to think that too, but just a week or so ago I read a really good health article that told why eating more times a day isnt any better for you then three good meals a day.
I found it on the msn website, not sure if one can still find it or not.
