well if decide you can handle 5tons you will need to run bigger than 35s or the pumpkin might drag the ground. Gas mileage might not be optimum if you go with the 10.26 ratio unless you run a doubler

most all rockwell 5 tons (besides a rare few) are 6.44:1

ummm.....with that question.....all you had to do is say bfg a/t and we would of broke you in half... no offense, you seem cool though

check out the solid axle swap section on fullsizebronco.com ... a solid d44 should hold up decently to 35s locked.
Do you have an automatic? You're going to need a way to hook up the speed sensor if you run a 9inch
