there's more to it than just buying a kit... lol.... it takes i'd say about 1k-2k more than you'd expect and at least a month longer than you'd expect for everything to work

Ya I've given that some thought but I think I will try to ring as much power out of a Powerstroke as I can partly just because there aren't many people out there who are doing the same thing.

I see your point.. and yeah, it would cost a pretty penny to do the swap.. I've got a buddy who is trying it in a NA '90 1ton

they're becoming pretty powerful right about now though

hopefully WOPs dragster gets down to low 7s at the slowest!!! haha now that would show what these beasts are capable of!!! as if double overtime didn't do that already...

yeah it's not a very complex swap if you're doing a 12v or a 24v... the commonrails are a bit different cause of all the electronics and sensors and all that stuff.... just most people forget that there's always fab work that needs to be done... nothing ever lines up perfectly.... stuff happens haha oh and you need money for a built trans and go-fast parts!!!

Ya they are definitely getting better although I don't really think we can call Double Overtime much of a Powerstroke anymore. It's barely the same engine and with everything he's done to it. (like switching it from HEUI) A sweet truck none the less!!!
