That cover and Red Line oil is what I used in mine. So far so good!
The rear is actually a Sterling 10.5" rear. The rear differential is the same for single and dual I believe. And the front is a Dana 60. I want to use the redlne oil but Im not sure if I still have to add the Limited slip additive.
I just replaced the rear fluid with Redline 75-140 (GL-5) and did not need to add friction modifier. I did notice it chattered for the first few tight turns, but after my trip (~300 mile) from MD to PA there was no more chatter. The limited-slip works just like before the fluid change. I also changed the fluid in the transfer case (D4 ATF I think), and the front diff (75-90 GL-5), which were both fairly good looking fluid. The rear end fluid needed changed for sure it was ugly!
I am not a redline fluid believer. I used it once in my drag cars trans and was quite disappointed. $80 in fluid that I used for 3 passes down the 1/4 all drained out and disposed of.
