Just as an FYI: The aluminum finned covers for a 2010 or newer Super Duty (pretty sure that's the right application) are (were) about $70 from the parts department at a Ford Dealer. The Mag covers offer a greater system capacity though, right? Just an option, and that was this summer, don't know if Ford jacked the price up yet...

I think the Ford aluminium finned cover was for the 08 and up trucks rear diff only. Ford doesn't make one for the front axle. I put one on my excursion a long time ago. you just have to get longer bolts because the cover is thicker.
