MLPS or ignition switch problem

MLPS or ignition switch problem
I have a no start problem. No juice to the starter relay. I suspect that the problem is either the manual lever position sensor or the ignition switch. Does anyone know how to test either of these items to verify failure? Oh, by the way, vehicle is a 92 Ford F150 4X4 with a 5.8 engine with E4OD. Thanks in advance.
