i unpluged my ebpv valve by my turbo the other day and my truck dont hiss anymore and i am so glad cuz its been cold in indianapolis and sometimes it would hiss almost the whole time i would drive but not no more thanks guys for all the awesome tips
life is better without the EBPV, but I will bet that you need a thermostat (would recommend the 203 from the diesel site) you will see a big performance increase if your truck is not currently reaching proper temp
I don't know, Joe...I like it when my fuel reads like that! I have my new 203* t-stat. Just looking for some cat coolant and a politically-correct place to dump my cooling system. I have 152k miles on original hoses. I think I might do that, too. Unplugged the EBPV today and I think I like it.
