The first time I replaced the pump, it took me about three hours. The second time took only an hour, and a good part of that time was spent getting the d@mn banjo bolt started. The clean up usually takes as much time as the actual nuts and bolts work; the engine's valley pan is a magnet for dirt, leaves, and bugs, and when you add in the fuel from a drippy pump it adds up to a pretty nasty mess.

I did my first one yesterday. 1 hr including road test and recheck for leaks.It is easy.I removed banjo bolt(1 1/4"), loosened the 3 fuel lines @pump and 1 beside fuel bowl, remove fuel bowl bolts(13mm) and pull it forwawrd(disconnecting fuel lines as it pulls),remove pump bolts(10mm),remove pump.OEM parts $106.If you are paying a shop 3 hrs is not bad.
