You can find all the specs with the articles/specs tab up at the top of the page.

Its good to know the correct ratio, thanks.

You dont happen to know what RPM is the sweet spot for fuel mileage for a 7.3 is? 2000 rpm has been suggested. If thats the real rpm goal at a cruise speed of 60 mph, my 225/75 tires have me damn close.

So why do i get 10 mpg???

2002 E-450 Cube Van 80K miles, regularly serviced.
I bought the van used about 2 years ago for my business. I am the only driver.
I had a F-350 PSD prior to the E-450. The F-350 always got 14 mpg or so, I figured the E-450 would gett at least 12 mpg, it never has.
Van is operated carrying around 1500 pounds of equipment at most times. Occasionally I go to jobs with my water tanks full which adds 4000 pounds (500 gallons)
Oddly enough the mileage only drops about 1/2 mpg carrying a full load of water.
The best mileage I ever got was 11.1 mpg after driving at 50 mph or below, babying the throttle, carrying minumum wieght. So the MPG spread is 10 to 11.1.
I agree, something aint right.
The van runs fine, typical bad glow plug cold start issues, HPOP oil lines leak (I just ordered parts to fix both of these problems)
Tires/engine RPMs is about all I can think of.
Ideas? Man I would love some advice that would fix this van.

Well, it sounds to me like its running rich. While I don't know alot about the 02 diesels specifically, injector pump timing or maybe a boost leak would be my first throughts.

Not unlike Steve (Clubwagon), I don't know squat about diesels.
Have you checked with the fine folks in the 7.3 TD forum?
They should have a better idea what's going on.
Rob.
