C8VE Heads on a Stock '79 460

Ive got some C8ve heads Im going to have rebuilt and ported. What will my CR be on a stock 79 460? Any guesses as to how much more hp and torque?

It depends on your piston dish and head gasket thickness.

Well whats the piston dish cc's on a 79 pickup 460?

Without knowing the true dish my guess at compression would be around 9.8/1

I believe you will have around 9.3:1
I asked this question before about my D0VE C's on my stock '76 460.
