I'm experiencing what I fear is too much boost, regardless of tuned or stock. I may have cracked or leaking CAC hoses, but that's just a guess. Let's see what kind of boost y'all are getting.
About 29psi stock or 34psi tuned.trying to stay under 30psi if possible.i have aftermarket boost guage that is plumbed into power elbow.Should be fairly accurate.

To the point, I'm maxing 33 psi with the Gen-Econ tune from Matt, 35 psi with Hybrid Race and 30 psi stock...
These readings are on my Quadzilla Commander (OBD? ...tapped from the MAP). Do any of you use an OBD type gauge or a Commander for you boost readings?
When I first installed my gauges, I tapped into the MAP line. Anything over 20psi got very erratic, so I took the advice of others and tapped into the elbow. I now have a nice, smooth reading no matter what PSI. Normally, just around 25 psi or a little higher - I don't push it hard for long.

The Commander has no analog (or mechanical) input for anything. I would like to use the actual readings from the elbow, but would need a sender to convert from analog psi to the electrical input needed by the Commander. Is there such a beast? Storm, anyone with a digital gauge set? How do you read on your truck? Do you depend on the LiveWire or Commander, or do you have an analog for boost?

I'm not aware of an electrical boost sensor that would work on the Commander. There are electrical sensors however.. Dunno..
I have gauges.. Not fond of the "computer" gauges..
I used to use the outlook when I had an all bullydog setup, but I will still reading below 30 for the vast majority of times and I ony hit 31 once and I was never able to duplicate it again with the triple dog. I had thought that the commander came with probes for the tranny and egt sensors and you could also have gotten it with the fuel sensor probe as well? To my knowledge other then those three sensors that I believed were for the commander, you don't usually have external sensors for digital gauges they derive all their info from the OBD-II port with the exception of the EGT gauge, that is the ony one that they have an external link for because the factory doesn't put a sensor for it and it is an important sensor to have.

Roger that... I have the EGT probe and the trans sensor installed, and they are working very well. everything is acquired by wire-tapping into existing sensor leads. My real concern is that the boost readings inferred by the MAP sensor line tap is not the actual amount of boost. The readings are not erratic in any way, they just spike kinda' high at times. 35 psi on Hybrid Race with my foot in it for 3 seconds got me on the alert!
