Over 3 thousand RPM there Dan and it sounds good in the cab. Man I'm going to go with the 5 inch no doubt about it.

The smaller one is the fuel tank monitor from Transfer Flow for the auxiliary fuel tank.
Edit: the larger one that is blanked out is the CB radio.

Are you able to moniter fuel pressure at that high of RPMs? Is that pump holding better at high RPMs?
The longer i mess with my truck and read about the more im convinced most of any quirks with the 7.3 is fuel pressure.

I don't have a good guage for fuel pressure - yet. But I want to put in one like (I think) bdrummins has with a little guage next to the wiper post. It would be a great way for me to know when to change the filter.
You are correct on your assumption about the fuel pressure.
That accelloration run was done with a 10,000 lb truck using stock tuning. I repeat, STOCK tuning.
