Bamachips XCal 3 Problems....HELP!!!!

Bamachips XCal 3 Problems....HELP!!!!

Hey Guys,

I just recieved my XCal 3 from Bamachips this evening and went to program my truck and none of the three tunes would work...all three threw the same code P2107 and the truck will not start. I have no idea what this means. I have reverted the truck to stock for now but I want to use the tunes that I paid for.

One other thing the built-in tune works so i am confused what is wrong.

Any insight to this problem would be wonderful.

Anyone know the number for bamachips.....i really would like to start using the tuner.

You should have bought it from Mike at" 5 star tuning". They answer all my ?s on the phone when thier open , when closed I email them and get back to within an hour or two or sooner if he's online.
