Do tell. It's bad enough when city folks move to the country and expect to drag along an HOA + silly zoning to inflate their own property values...
On the day some slick wants to "Protect the Endangered Deer Populations of Western Tennessee" - whatchoo gonna do?

I saw some pictures this morning from Union Univ. in Jackson. The student dorms were torn up. I don't know how no one was killed (if I have that right) but I know several kids are in bad shape. One is a son of a friend of mine from high school. I have seen pictures of a church in Savannah that was destroyed. This was a bad storm! And it just February!!

It seems to me that when we go from cold weather to a sudden rise in temperature, this is when the storms are the worst.
I've seen some pictures of those dorms - bare shells with everything ripped right on out the front walls! It's crazy looking....
Like a row of shipping boxes with the fronts opened up in a stack.
That's a lot of damage. Shoot - that right there is outright devastation!
It looks to me like there was nowhere anywhere inside them that a person could survive.

My sis lives in mountain view ,Ar & the house up the street was blown away , but theres was alright(they had less than 10mins to get off the mountain & down into town where the celler was ) , the hospital roof was blown off , ems service was blown away chevy & ford dealers gone & vehicles in the hospital across the highway .
FEMA ,National gaurd & red cross was there i understand they still are
AS for me all is good here but i was between Ripley & Covington where the storms hit i held out @ my buddys in Ripley off hwy 19 untill it was over i made home to Millington @ 1am the next morning

I had fun today spraying primer in a 25 mile an hour wind....
I got it on there, but I shor miss summer time!
*Bit of fixin' to do.... That paint laid funny.
A few times I all but turned around and hollered "STOP BLOWING!"
(I'll not mention the cuss words that came to mind...)
