Don't tell me that . You'll have me re-thinking my options here. Next thing you know, I'll be in the dog house.

If the APR is low - like 0% or the 1.9% you've mentioned - they usually do not offer the rebate with it. From what I see right now, you get one or the other, but not both.
[QUOTE=///M Puller]they are also offering 1.9% for 72 months ;-)

The last I knew if you took the promo APR you couldn't get the cash incentives. But you can use the X plan with either. Also for one of above posts. There are 2 ways to get X plan. You can get it by working for a Ford partner as you said but you do have to show proof of employment. Or you can be sponsered by a Ford employee and show nothing except the pin, the dealer may ask how you know the employee and for their name and address but that's it. Lastly the dealer does have the option not to sell a vehicle for the X plan price but most do because they are almost guaranteed a sale.

My dealer is also doing the 1 penny over invoice minus all rebates. When my aunt just bought her new Escape, it actually turned out to be $100 less than X-plan. Shop around.
I called the dealer and he said the price would not change with getting the 0%. I don't have the exact numbers in memory but the truck was around 38500, they gave 1000 back for an f250 loyalty and 2000 back for looking stupid I guess.
All said and done with tax and all the BS, 37,987.61 (i wrote that down)
That 3000 off can't change if the price doesn't change, are these not considered rebates? Or do they just reword it so the rebates don't figure in?
The truck is supposed to be here this week I guess we'll see.

no extra anything, no automatic 4x4, no dark windows, no sirius radio or dvd player. I probably should have gotten the upfitter switches though.
Just how I wanted it. A simple truck for being outside with family and friends.
I've been doing allot of second guessing since December and I guess if the switches are the only thing I'm doing pretty good. Of course with four level feet of snow this year a snow blower attachment would have been the ticket.
You were right Redford, even after the salesman said there would be no changes to the price with the 0%, surprise there was,The deal was 0% with 1000 off or 5.99 with 3500 off.
We went for the 5.99 as it was 4 bucks cheaper per month.
And the truck looks great, 13 miles and not a single problem except cutting corners a little tight yet.
