well guy's i've been looking at the to do list on the 53 and it's gonna take a lot of time and effort to do and i am not gonna have the time to mess with the 49 f-4 as much as i'd like too .so i'll just let you all know and i'm gonna post it here in the classifieds and a couple other places , no no evil bay , as soon as i can remember how to post a pic with it , for sale or possibly partial or whole trades for it . i know what i would like but i'm not greedy so any offers let me know . it's all there , including the jack which is in my garage . i am not gonna part it out or anything it's all or nothing . the flatty does spin over easily or did in december when i last messed with it . i'm hoping one of you my freinds who will love it and do something with it will get it .
yeah if i had a place outta the weather i'd keep it as i really like it , but it deserves to be attended too. i got way to many things going on in my head to do to the 53 to allow for other things .
Kevin, yer not alone in the figuring out priorities thing. Matter-of-fact, I just pulled the '48 frame out yesterday. Today I started on my '87 Tbird engine fitment. Both vehicles were in the 24x24 garage, and room was tight. Atleast now I can concentrate on one project til this Spring. Then the new '48 will go in. I've given it plenty of thought these last 2 months, and I have enough projects to last the next 30 years. I expect someone will get that F4 and will give it its due respect. I still look on E-pay and craigslist for that next deal, though. It's a sickness.
well come on dick that price i listed isn't set in stone it was just required to get the add up , and i'm open to trades . i needs all kinds of stuff for bessie so ......... just bring lots of help to get it on the trailer LOL..............
Seems that the new year has several of us resolving to trim our fleets. I'd love to have it, Kevin, but I'm downsizing too. I've sent an ad off to Hemmings to sell off the last of my Brit car projects 'cause I'm just not going that direction anymore. After that's gone, one of the Dodge PWs has to go too. Then I'll be able to get the daily driver in the barn instead of the good truck always sitting out. Good luck selling it. Your price is in the ball park I'd say. Stu
