Nick...aftermarket gear will NOT void the warranty. The Magnusen-Moss act prevents this.
Basically....if you installed gauges let's say....and the engine fails...they must fix the engine. Unless they can prove that your aftermarket equipment caused problem..the warranty is intact.
Typical LOCAL warranty response is blaming something so they do not cover it. Get to regional or other manager/warranty rep and they will not normally say that unless it is directly related. Gauges would not normally cause an issue with something unless install went awry.
I had one instance of this but next level warranty guy just said they would handle it and they did. This was BMW tho.
Brought jeep in for suspension issue and they blamed lift off the bat. I argued for them to show me how it was lift's responsibilty for issue and they changed out a couple bushings and it worked. They could not prove it was lift issue so they fixed what they would have without lift and it was issue. I did have to argue about it but first response was to blame something else. It happens
Looks great, is it hard to put it in 1 piece without scratching the paint? Im working on my quad pillar today, I nicked the paint somehow, now im waiting on the paint to dry.
