how much pressure is on the return line back to the tank?

Hum, good question, I've never read or heard or needed to measure it. Hey, TJ, Coon, Madvan, Cuda, any idea? I would assume very low.

I would say very little. single digits since there should be no restriction in the line.

Thanks , this morning I was shoveling and noticed I could smell diesel around the back of my truck turns out I have a leaky tank It must have a hole in it so I syphoned it as much as I could and put the fuel in the other tank, good thing I have 2 tanks LOL

Eastwood Co. has some good products for sealing fuel/gas tanks.

thanks plowhand I used jb weld last time on a gasser I had and it held very good I will check out Eastwood Co. when I first seen the leak I thought about the return line on the tank leaking because this happened on my other truck but that of course was without investigating I can see the leak now
