I can't get under the hood but it may be EFI. I'm going to test drive it tomorrow and can find out for sure about the EFI then.

 

A stock EFI460 from '88 should have a 230net horsepower rating at 3,600rpm.The 460-4V was replaced by the EFI460 in April of '87'so your '88 should have the EFI460,unless a 4 barrel 460 was swapped into it at some point. Headers, and the better exhaust should put your 460 somewhere around 260-270bhp. Hope this helps.

The torque rating for a '88 EFI460 engine is 390 lb./ft. at 2,200 rpm.
