All right, here we go. more the two months ago i went after a pulling to the left when i hit my brakes.. pulled the wheels off, looked, asked the wife to pump the brakes, both calipers moved about the same. so i pulled them off to see how they woul collapse with a c clamp. no problem either side. i then checked the slide pins, the looked great. i then replaced the pads
4 days later i started pulling again, i inspected brake lines, bleed brakes.
pulled again 4 days later, i let it go for a month, started thinking old school, pulls to the left, replace the right, i am pulling again, three days later..
hmm thats weird i had the same problem but i had to replace my caliper bracket because my slides would not move... but as soon as i did that the problem was gone
i had an f-150 that was doing the same thing even the slide pins looked good. i replaced the slide pins and the problem went away. hope this helps lol.
I was thinking line degrading, was hoping to get black stuff out when I was bleeding, but yeah, it migh just be the hose. I should get a presure gage and put it on the caliper ( bleed screw) and try that...
Brake update, Went back in last night, tore everything apart, everything apart this time. What I found was them damn little steel clips were rubbing up on the rotor, that was all I found. I pulled them out last night. reinstalled the brakes, no prblem yesterday, or this morning, even with an inch of snow on the ground. I will update in 4 days.......
